Durango-La Plata County Airport
The Durango-La Plata County Airport, located ten miles southeast of Durango, remains the main airport in the Four Corners area of Colorado. In 1988, the airport opened its 36,500 square foot terminal to provide better service to its Colorado travelers. The airport's runway measures 9,200 feet long, one of the longest in the region. Daily commercial flights to Denver, Dallas/Fort Worth and Phoenix are available via US Airways, United Express and American Eagle.
